The Legacy League: Baseball’s Greatest Players, Together at Last
An alternate history of baseball, beginning in 1920.
What would baseball look like if some of its greatest players, regardless of when or where they played, could compete against one another?
What if Babe Ruth shared the field with Josh Gibson? What if Satchel Paige faced Ted Williams? What if the stars of the Negro Leagues, Japanese professional baseball, and the Cuban and Mexican leagues had the same opportunity to build careers alongside Major League Baseball’s greatest players?
These are the questions behind my latest baseball replay project, The Legacy League.
