We start this replay way back in 1882 with 12 clubs and a promise to make the game of baseball available to everyone no matter what color, or background. Welcome to Major League Baseball in 1882. Spring training has come and gone and it is now time to play ball. The 1882 Major League Baseball season begins today. Our inaugural baseball season is here and you can check out these teams on this year's Opening Day schedule:
