In 1923 we have now played 8 Integreated World Series. Yes the MLB have dominated winning 6 of those 8, but there have been some close series. This year’s MLB clubs are the two New York clubs the Yankees and the Giants along with the Reds and the Tigers for their first time. In the NNL we have two new comers the Hilldale club and the Cuban Stars East. The Monarchs and the American Giants return to battle the MLB clubs. The Yankees won the MLB world series over the Giants.
The Yankees defeat the Hilldale Club in the Integreated World Series in five games. It’s the first IWS (Integreated World Series) for Babe and the Bombers. Ruth led the Yankees batting .458 with 8 HR, and 16 RBI. Biz Mackey and John Henry Lloyd led Hilldale with 18 and 17 RBI. Heavy Johnson also batted .462 in the loss.
