St. Louis Browns hurler Charley Hall was at his best as he beat the Chicago White Sox, 2-0.
"He just kept the ball down, did a good job, made his pitches," said Chicago manager . "We didn't do a good job making adjustments, so we helped him out a little bit."
Hall, who is tied for 6th in the AL in quality starts with 22, fired a 4-hitter and totaled 3 strikeouts and 1 walk in the shutout performance.
