The Los Angeles Angels earned a win at Rogers Centre, knocking off the Toronto Blue Jays, 5-0. On the bump for Los Angeles was left-hander Dave Brown. He had a starring role in the triumph. Toronto is 17-17 after the defeat.
Brown gave Los Angeles his best effort. The skinny left-hander allowed no runs on 3 hits over 8 innings.
