Stanton goes 3-for-4, Leads Miami to 5-2 Win
The Miami Marlins bested the Arizona Diamondbacks, 5-2, at Marlins Ballpark. Giancarlo Stanton was one of the standouts. He was 3 for 4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 and driving in 3. Picking up the save was Josh Beckett, his 3rd. The Marlins now have a mark of 65-67.

Stanton made an early impact for Miami when he stroked his 17th home run of the season. The 3-run home run, which came in the bottom of the third, put the Marlins on top, 4-0.

"Winning is the only objective," said Stanton after the game.
