Max Manning, who is tied for 6th in the NL in quality starts with 20, had a strong outing for the Cincinnati Reds against the St. Louis Cardinals at Great American Ball Park. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 4-2 win. With the win, Cincinnati goes to 65-60, while the Cardinals fall to 61-64.
