Late Rally Leads to 5-4 Braves Triumph
Ronald Acuna Jr. had a productive game, enabling the Atlanta Braves to defeat the San Francisco Giants, 5-4, in 13 innings. Acuna Jr. went 3 for 4 with a home run, 2 doubles, 2 walks, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 2 and driving in 2 for the Braves. Atlanta now sports a record of 65-61.

With runners on 1st and 3rd in the bottom of the 12th, Lonnie Smith delivered the knockout blow when he hit a run-scoring single to win it for Atlanta. In the contest, Smith went 1 for 2.
