Milwaukee Brewers starter Teddy Higuera turned in a top-notch performance against the Washington Nationals at Miller Park. The result was a win for the Brewers, 5-0. The Brewers raised their record to 55-63.
Paul Molitor chipped in a 2-run home run for Milwaukee in the bottom of the second. For the game, the third baseman had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 2 RBI.
