Braves Win 8-7 Nail-Biter Versus Brewers
The Atlanta Braves stopped the Milwaukee Brewers, 8-7, in 14 innings at Turner Field. The Braves got a big game from Hank Aaron, who was 3 for 5 with a double and 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. The Braves raised their record to 49-53.

The Braves procured the win, in large part because of left fielder Wally Berger. In the bottom of the 14th, he produced the game-winning run-scoring single.

"I like that statistic at the end of the game where there's another run for our team than the other team has," said winning manager .
