Phillies Can't Finish, Lose 9-5

The Miami Marlins beat the Philadelphia Phillies, 9-5, in 11 innings at Marlins Ballpark. Miami third baseman Mike Lowell led the way. He went 2-5 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. The win went to Bryan Harvey in relief. His record improves to 9-0. Ricky Bottalico took the loss. Miami is now 49-51, Philadelphia 57-41.
In the bottom of the 11th, with the score tied, Lowell hammered a grand slam home run to win it for Miami.
