Wright Brilliant as Giants Top Nationals, 1-0

San Francisco turned a good effort from starter Johnny Wright into a win over the Washington Nationals at AT&T Park. The Giants won the game, 1-0. Brian Wilson earned his 14th save, after closing out the game. San Francisco is 35-26 and Washington, with the loss, 32-26.
Wright gave San Francisco a solid start. The right-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits over 7 innings.
"For the most part, I stayed out of the middle of the plate," Wright said.
