Sutton Now 7-3 After Beating Marlins
|
Los Angeles Dodgers starter Don Sutton hurled his team past the Miami Marlins, 5-1. Los Angeles, now 29-21, holds down second place in the National League Western Division.
Sutton lasted 8.2 innings, allowing 1 run on 5 hits. The Los Angeles right-hander, who leads the NL in wins with 7, is now 7-3.
"I felt strong out there," said Sutton.
