Miami Marlins starter Kevin Brown pitched a good game to help his team take down the San Francisco Giants, 2-1. In 7 innings, Brown surrendered 3 hits, while striking out 4 and walking 1. He allowed 1 run. The 4th-place Marlins go to 22-21.

Marcell Ozuna had a big run-scoring double for the Marlins in the bottom of the fourth inning. It was his 7th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Marlins ahead, 2-0.
