Padron Ices New York Offense
|
Colorado starter Juan Padron put the New York offense in a vise grip. The left-hander relied heavily on his changeup in leading the Rockies to a 4-0 win. The loss lowers the New York record to 18-12.
New York had little success against Padron and his changeup. Padron tossed 98 pitches over 6.1 innings for the Rockies.
"Got a lot of swings and misses today," said Padron.
