Starting Pitcher Fernando Valenzuela was lights out, as the Los Angeles Dodgers beat the Colorado Rockies, 4-1. Valenzuela got the win, improving to 3-0. He gave up 3 hits and walked 3 over 7.2 innings. He allowed 1 run. Eric Gagne nailed down the save.
