Howard hits 2 home runs to Light Phillies Fuse
The Philadelphia Phillies knocked off the Miami Marlins, 10-4, at Marlins Ballpark. Ryan Howard was a big reason Philadelphia won. The first baseman was 3 for 5 with 2 home runs, while adding 6 RBI and scoring twice. With the loss, Miami is 9-9.

Philadelphia used a well-timed hit by Mike Schmidt to capture the win. The third baseman socked a 2-run double in the top of the sixth inning to put the Phillies ahead, 4-3. Though it was his only hit in 3 at-bats, it was important.

Philadelphia manager was pleased with the team's effort. "Our guys went out there and put good wood on the ball," he said.
