Johnny Sain pitched a gem to lead Atlanta to victory over the Arizona Diamondbacks, 4-1. Atlanta, now 49-39, holds down third place in the National League Eastern Division.

The game could have flipped with no one out in the top of the sixth. But Johnny Sain made what his manager later called "an A-plus pitch." With a runner on 1st and Arizona trailing 3-1, Sain threw a fastball to Ketel Marte, who struck out.
