The Texas Rangers used an offensive barrage to beat the Miami Marlins, 11-2, at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington. Milton Bradley, who is tied for 9th in the AL in home runs with 13, led the way, going 2-for-5 for Texas. Charlie Hough went 7.1 innings, allowing 2 runs on 6 hits. The right-hander struck out 7 and walked 3. With the win, he's now 5-6 this season. Texas is 4th in the American League Western Division with a record of 28-38.

Early in the game, Bradley had a grand slam home run for Texas. It was his 13th home run of the season and put the Rangers on top, 4-0.
