Mark Gubicza was nothing short of phenomenal for the Kansas City Royals. The 25-year-old right-hander was a big reason his team beat the St. Louis Cardinals, 6-1. Gubicza, who is tied for 6th in the AL in wins with 6, went the distance for Kansas City. He gave up 1 run on 5 hits. The Royals sit in second place in the American League Central Division with a record of 28-31.
