San Francisco pitcher Tim Lincecum did his part in helping his team defeat the Los Angeles Dodgers, 7-1. The opposition could never get too much going against the right-hander. Lincecum, now 6-1, was the winner. In 6 innings, he gave up 4 hits, while striking out 6, walking 4, and allowing 1 run. Juan Marichal zipped up his 1st save.
