Cleveland beat Minnesota on the strength of starting pitcher Cliff P Lee's fine effort. The left-hander led his team to a win, 2-1. The Indians have an impressive 21-12 record.

The Indians got a clutch hit from third baseman Al Rosen. In the bottom of the 11th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Indians.

"What a buzz," said Rosen after it was over.
