Miami took on Atlanta in front of a lively crowd.

Kevin Brown was terrific for the Miami Marlins in his team's 5-1 triumph over the Atlanta Braves. His performance earned Brown rave reviews. Brown picked up the win for Miami, going 8 innings. He gave up 1 run on 4 hits. He now sports a record of 2-1.

Miami used a clutch at-bat from Marcell Ozuna to capture the win. The left fielder hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Marlins ahead, 4-1. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"Kevin was good -- real good," said Marlins manager .

Atlanta is now 11-11.
