Baltimore Offense Goes Belly-Up Versus Key, Blue Jays
|
Toronto Blue Jays starter Jimmy Key turned in a sparkling performance against the Baltimore Orioles, leading his team to a 1-0 win. By defeating Baltimore, the second-place Blue Jays improved to 84-78.
Key gave Toronto a solid start. The left-hander allowed no runs on 3 hits over 7 innings.
"When Jimmy executes, it really doesn't matter what the other lineup is," said Toronto field general .
