Wilson Dazzles in 1-0 Houston Win
|
Houston used a superb performance from starting pitcher Don Wilson to down the Texas Rangers, 1-0. The loss makes Texas 64-93.
The Astros liked what they saw from Wilson. The 22-year- old pitcher had a commanding presence on the mound, limiting the Rangers to no runs on 1 hit over 8 innings, and striking out 3.
"We put together a nice win," Wilson said.
