The Milwaukee Brewers scooped up a win at Miller Park, dumping the Cincinnati Reds, 9-1. Chris Bosio, who is tied for 10th in the NL in complete games with 3, was essential to his team's success. Milwaukee is 86-63 and Cincinnati, with the loss, 72-77.

Early in the game, catcher Ellie Rodriguez had a 2-run double for Milwaukee. It was his 13th double of the season and put the Brewers on top, 2-1.

After the game, Rodriguez lauded his team's effort. "We kept our focus on the task at hand," he said.
