Victory Pushes Padres Record to 85-59
|
Bruce Hurst was locked and loaded, helping the San Diego Padres beat the Los Angeles Dodgers, 4-1. The winning pitcher was Hurst, now 10-8. He tossed 7.2 innings of 4-hit ball, while walking 0 and fanning 3. Trevor Hoffman earned the save for San Diego, his 28th of the year.
