Atlanta and Cincinnati got after it at Great American Ball Park.

The Atlanta Braves beat the Cincinnati Reds, 7-3. Atlanta pitcher and Havana, Illinois, native Johnny Sain led the way. The first-place Braves lifted their record to 70-58.

Atlanta used the stroke of Ronald Acuna Jr. to get the win. The designated hitter hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Braves ahead, 5-0. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it did its damage.

"Nice to see our side come away with the win," Acuna Jr. said after the game.
