Cubs Suffer 1-0 Setback
Pitcher Jacob deGrom was rock solid in helping the New York Mets beat the Chicago Cubs, 1-0, in 10 innings. New York is now 70-56.

The game-ending blow was delivered by Cleon Jones in the bottom of the tenth. That's when he hit a run-scoring double off 28-year old left-handed pitcher Sean Marshall to win it for New York and cause the home crowd to erupt in celebration.

"That was a good game -- all the way through," said Jones.
