Philadelphia Phillies starter Zack Wheeler pitched a strong game against the Miami Marlins at Citizens Bank Park, leading the Phillies to victory, 5-3. Wheeler yielded 3 runs over 7.2 innings to notch the win. He scattered 7 hits, walked 1, and struck out 7. His record improves to 2-0. Erskine Mayer zipped up his 3rd save.
