Toronto Upended by Houston, 8-3
Toronto third baseman Josh Donaldson was sensational. He went 2 for 3 with 2 home runs and a walk. But it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. Houston beat the Blue Jays, 8-3. Don Wilson was the winner. Over 6 innings, he yielded 2 runs on 3 hits, with 4 walks and 5 strikeouts. Houston sits in third place in the American League Western Division at 55-56.

Cesar Cedeno had a big 2-run double for the Astros in the bottom of the sixth inning. With Houston leading 3-2 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a sinker from 28-year old right-handed pitcher Roy Halladay and swatted a double to right. It was his 3rd double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Astros ahead, 5-2.

Cedeno attributed the win to his team's "determination."
