Brewers Pull Out Late-Game Win, 6-5
No one was more impactful than Christian Yelich in an extra-inning, 6-5 Milwaukee win over Cincinnati. Yelich, who is tied for 10th in the NL with a .356 on-base percentage, was 4-5 with 4 singles. He scored 2 times. The winner was Rollie Fingers in relief. His record improves to 6-0. Rob Dibble took the loss. With the win over Cincinnati, the Brewers improved to 57-45.

The decisive blow was delivered by Geoff Jenkins in the bottom of the tenth when he hit a run-scoring double off 26-year old right-handed pitcher Rob Dibble to win the game for Milwaukee. The home crowd went nuts.

"We couldn't have scripted it any better," Yelich said in his postgame press conference.
