Rockies Lose, 6-3, as Dodgers Rally
Los Angeles registered a win at Coors Field by beating the Colorado Rockies, 6-3. Pitcher Sandy Koufax was one reason why the Dodgers triumphed. Los Angeles reliever Eric Gagne snagged the win, upping his record to 3-3. Brian Fuentes shouldered the loss. The Dodgers saw their record improve to 45-46.

Shohei Ohtani delivered a big hit for Los Angeles. The designated hitter drilled a solo home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Dodgers ahead, 4-3. It was his only hit, but it was a beauty.

"Sandy did a really nice job of taking the ball and giving us a chance to win the game," said Los Angeles manager .
